‘Made in Dagenham’ movie showing (March 6). (CONTEST CLOSED)

Made in Dagenham is a dramatization of the 1968 strike at the Ford Dagenham car plant, where female workers walked out in protest against sexual discrimination.

NAPE has purchased 15 movie tickets for 6:30 pm Wednesday, March 6 in support of International Women’s Day. The movie is being screened at Empire Studios, in St. John’s.

The first 15 names drawn will be given a free ticket to the event. The draw will take place on Monday, March 4. Only those who are drawn will be contacted.
